Terrifying footage captures the harrowing moment a 12-year old female snowboarder dangled from a ski lift at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area in California and then fell. Rescue crews rushed to the scene in a tense effort to try to catch her. According to news reports, she slipped before the safety bar could be lowered on the chair lift.
