De Haar Castle (Kasteel de Haar) is the largest and most luxurious castle in the Netherlands, located near Utrecht. Although its origins date back to the 14th century, the castle was largely rebuilt between 1892 and 1912 by the famous Dutch architect Pierre Cuypers, who also designed Amsterdam’s Rijksmuseum.
