Here’s my version it’s such an easy delicious recipe. 1 loaf Preheat oven 170c 300g self raising flour 290ml tea 1/4 cup whiskey 300g mixed dried fruit with peel 2tbs of marmalade 1 tsp baking powder 1 large egg 1 1/2 cup of light brown sugar Soak your fruit in the tea and whiskey overnight Add all ingredients mix well Pop into prepared tin And bake for 1 hour 20 in my oven if you have a fan assist check your
